Scaling Australia’s leading online education platform from a small operation to serving tens of thousands of students through innovative digital learning.
Building major online and technology-enabled education divisions that dramatically improved access and outcomes for students across multiple regions.
Co-founding and growing a network of colleges that became one of Australia’s most respected private higher education groups (now Torrens University).
This same team also delivered education and training programs across 70+ countries and helped shape institutions that have collectively educated and graduated over 1 million students. Kevin Lynch, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Co-founder of Think Education Group (2007–2011), which grew to eight higher education colleges and formed the foundation of what is now Torrens University, Australasia’s largest private university.
Co-founder and leader of Open Colleges (2011–2016), which grew 10x over five years to become Australia’s leading provider of online vocational education, enrolling approximately 60,000 new students annually. Open Colleges joined Apollo Global in 2014.
Partnered with Pacific Equity Partners (2017–2024) to build UP Education Group into Australasia’s largest private education provider.
Advisor and investor in Berlitz Corporation and Language Education Holdings, a $300 million revenue global leader in language learning operating across 70 countries.
